Abstract

The research problem is that most of the Kyushinkai Karate trainers organize their training units equally throughout the daily and weekly training times at the same pace without taking into account the player's vital rhythm cycle, which leads to the emergence of fluctuations in the level of performance of the players despite the continuous exercise, The most important research objec-tives are preparing a training curriculum According to the biorhythm in its physical cycle to develop the physical efficiency and maximum oxygen con-sumption of the junior Kyushinkai Karate players and to identify the effect of a training curriculum according to the biorhythm in its physical cycle in de-veloping the physical efficiency and maximum oxygen consumption of the junior Kyushinkai Karate players among the members of the experimental group The most important hypothesis of the research is that there is no effect of the training curriculum according to the biorhythm in its physical cycle in the development of physical efficiency and the maximum oxygen consump-tion of the young Kyushinkai Karate players among the members of the ex-perimental group, Prepared according to the physical biorhythm cycle and the maximum oxygen consumption (VO2MAX) , The most important rec-ommendations are to take advantage of the training curriculum prepared in this study and take into account the vital rhythm cycle when applying the training curriculum to players.
