Abstract


The science of sports training has a significant impact on development due to the considerable attention it receives from specialists in the field. Coaching for elite teams has become a closely guarded secret, as experts in the field have made substantial advancements. To understand what the world has discov-ered about the secrets of training, shaping performance in such an impressive way and with a substantial difference from the levels in our country, many less developed countries have sent their athletes to these advanced nations. Athletes enter specialized training camps under the supervision of interna-tional coaches, often in exchange for significant fees. They return to their home countries, especially in track and field events, and specifically in speed-related activities like the 400 meters run.The significance of the research lies in utilizing modern training methods and means that work on enhancing unique speed and strength. The focus is on developing muscles and addressing the issue of the lack of awareness among coaches regarding the importance and methods of developing hip muscles.
