Abstract

The aim of the research: to design a scale of competencies in classroom management for faculty members, the requirements of sustainable development. and Sports Sciences / College of Education / University College of Basic Education / Al-Mustansiriya University, which numbered (140) male and female students and represented (100%) It was completed A sample was taken from the students (50%), amounting to (70) male and female students, where (20) male and female students were taken for the exploratory experiment at a rate of (28%) and the rest of the sample was for the application, i.e. (50) male and female studentsThe researcher concluded that the social classroom management competency scale was designed according to the requirements of sustainable development, and the competencies (good education, hygiene, good health and well-being) obtained positive results. The researcher recommended that the researcher recommends the necessity of applying the teaching competency scale according to the requirements of sustainable development to the rest of the academic levels. And the need to rely on the requirements of sustainable development in choosing the special competencies for faculty members
