Combined Exercises for the Ability to Link Motor and Balance and their Impact on Learning the Skill of Peaceful Shooting in Basketball for the First Education Team

Abstract

Scientific development and training methods are a goal that the countries of the world seek to present their knowledge, curricula and concepts in a simplified manner to their teachers with the aim of preparing and developing sports. As for the problem, this may be related to teachers not using this ability to link motor and balance or perhaps on these abilities and the presence of weakness in the harmonious abilities of students and the goal of setting identification On composite exercises for the ability of motor linkage and balance and its impact on learning the skill of peaceful shooting in basketball for the first Rusafa education team, and the imposition of the research there are statistically significant differences between the results of the post tests for the experimental and control groups and in favor of the experimental group. As for the research method, so the researcher used the experimental method due to its relevance to the nature of the problem. The research sample was done by the intentional method, and they are a group of (20) players of the Rusafa first breeding team and they were divided into two groups (control) and (experimental) and by lottery (10) players for each Conclusions group 1- There are significant differences between the pre and post tests for the post tests of the research variables for each of: (the ability to connect the motor, the ability to balance, the peaceful shooting in basketball) and the recommendations concern the development of harmonious abilities and other skills of basketball players
