Determinants of Job Work and Its Relationship to the Administrative Climate From the Point of View of the Employees of the Ministry of Youth and Sports in Iraq

Abstract

The aim of the study is to: Identify the relationship between the administrative climate and the determinants of career work among the employees of the Ministry of Youth and Sports. The researcher used the descriptive approach in the survey method, and the research community was represented by the employees of the Ministry of Youth and Sports, and their number was (521) employees, and (100) employees were taken at a rate of (19.19%) from the original community in order to apply the scale to them, and (13) employees at a rate of (2.49%) from The original community in order to conduct the exploratory experiment and the researchers concluded 1. The ability of the administrative climate scale to measure what it was set for, which is the measure of the administrative climate for the employees of the Ministry of Youth and Sports. 2. The ability of the job performance determinants scale to measure what was set for it, which is the job performance determinants of the employees of the Ministry of Youth and Sports. 3. The employees of the Ministry of Youth and Sports possess the determinants of job performance according to the current circumstances. The researchers recommend: 1. Reorganizing the administrative climate within a ministry in line with the global health situation of the Corona pandemic. 2. Attention on the part of the heads of the divisions, departments and departments in the ministry to people with the administrative climate and work limitations so as not to be an obstacle to the progress of employees. 3. Highlight successful employees in their work and allocate rewards for them
