Determinants of Job Work and Its Relationship to Job Satisfaction for Football Club Coaches in Iraq

Abstract

The aim of the study is to: Identify the relationship between the determinants of job work and job satisfaction among football coaches in Iraq. The researcher used the descriptive approach in the survey method, and the research community was represented by football coaches in Iraq, and their number was (521) coaches, and (100) coaches were taken at a rate of (19.19%) from the original community in order to apply the scale to them, and (13) coaches at a rate of (2.49%) from the community of origin in order to conduct the exploratory experiment. In light of the results of the research, the researcher concluded the following: 1. The ability of the job satisfaction measure to measure what it was developed for, which is the measure of job satisfaction for football coaches in Iraq. 2. The ability of the functional work performance determinants scale to measure what was set for it, which is the work performance determinants of football coaches in Iraq. 3. The employees of the Ministry of Youth and Sports possess the determinants of job performance according to the current circumstances. In light of the conclusions reached by the researcher recommends the following recommendations: 1. Attention to job satisfaction within clubs, in line with the global health situation of the Corona pandemic. 2. The club heads pay attention to coaches and facilitate ways for them away from work limitations so as not to be an obstacle to the coach's progress in his work. 3. Highlight successful trainers in their work and allocate rewards for them
