The Effect of Parachute Exercises and Cloud Pockets in the Water Ocean on Some Special Physical Abilities and the Achievement of 50-Meter Swimming for Youth

Abstract

The aim of the research is to prepare parachute exercises and cloud pockets in the water ocean to develop the special physical abilities of the 50-meter youth swimmers. And to identify the impact of these exercises on the ability of speed, endurance of speed, rapid strength and achievement of 100m youth. 10 of the 50 m freestyle youth swimmers were selected by the intended method. They were divided into two control and experimental groups, and swimming tests were applied to them (25 m special speed, 100 m special muscular endurance, and five consecutive squats, fast strength of the legs, and a barbell push test for five seconds, and a 50m swim test), then the researcher applied swimming exercises using umbrellas and pockets of resistance in a swimming pool for a period of ten weeks and two units per week, and the research results showed that there is an improvement in the level of speed ability, speed endurance and rapid strength for the experimental group members.
