تأثير الفواصل الحركية القصيرة في النشاط البدني وتركيز الانتباه لدى طلبة المرحلة الثالثة في كلية التربية البدنية وعلوم الرياضة

الملخص
هدف البحث إلى تصميم برنامج للفواصل الحركية القصيرة يتناسب مع طبيعة المحاضرات النظرية، والتعرف على تأثيره في مؤشر النشاط البدني وتركيز الانتباه لدى طلبة المرحلة الثالثة في كلية التربية البدنية وعلوم الرياضة - الجامعة المستنصرية. استخدم الباحث المنهج التجريبي بتصميم المجموعتين المتكافئتين ذواتي الاختبارين القبلي والبعدي، وتكونت العينة من (40) طالباً، وزعوا بالتساوي إلى مجموعتين تجريبية وضابطة بواقع (20) طالباً في كل مجموعة. نفذت المجموعة التجريبية فاصلة حركية واحدة مدتها (5) دقائق بعد مرور نحو (30) دقيقة من بداية كل محاضرة نظرية مستهدفة، وبواقع أربع فواصل أسبوعياً لمدة ثمانية أسابيع (32 فاصلة)، في حين استمرت المجموعة الضابطة في المحاضرات بالطريقة الاعتيادية. واستُخدم متوسط عدد الخطوات المسجلة خلال ساعات الدوام الجامعي في ثلاثة أيام دراسية متكافئة مؤشراً إجرائياً للنشاط البدني، واختبار بوردون-أنفيموف المعدل لقياس دلالة تركيز الانتباه. أظهرت النتائج فروقاً دالة إحصائياً للمجموعة التجريبية بين القياسين القبلي والبعدي، وكذلك بينها وبين المجموعة الضابطة في القياس البعدي. وصنفت أحجام الأثر وفق معايير كوهين إلى كبيرة لمتوسط الخطوات (d = 1.11 قبلياً-بعدياً، وd = 0.81 بين المجموعتين) وكبيرة لتركيز الانتباه قبلياً-بعدياً (d = 0.86) ومتوسطة بين المجموعتين (d = 0.75). واستنتج الباحث أن البرنامج أسهم في زيادة متوسط عدد الخطوات المسجلة خلال أيام القياس وتحسين الدرجة المعتمدة لتركيز الانتباه، وأوصى بتطبيقه في المحاضرات النظرية مع استخدام أجهزة تتبع أكثر موضوعية في الدراسات المستقبلية.
