Abstract

Abstract The research aims to develop a strategy for the management of the Iraqi de-sign a proposed strategy for the management of the Professional Football League in Iraq, the researcher used the descriptive approach, and the method of comprehensive survey of the research community of (members of the board of Directors of the federation and the chairmen of the committees, numbering(22) individuals, members of the committees of the Federation, numbering (27) individuals) the researcher also selected a random sample of beneficiaries "players", numbering (80) players ,the data collection tools were represented in the (environmental analysis form) , and one of the most important conclusions was (That the strategic vision of the management of the professional league in the Iraqi Football Federation is to achieve the competitive advantage of the Pro-fessional Football League in the state of Iraq at the local, regional and conti-nental levels and hold a leading position in the football world in the profes-sionalism and institutional excellence to reach the World Cup finals for the year (2030)" and that the strategic mission of the management of the profes-sional league in the Iraqi Football Federation is "to develop a plan that in-cludes financial support from the Iraqi Football Federation and the Associa-tion of professional clubs to achieve maximum benefit from the revenues of the football system under the preventive umbrella of the Ministry of Youth and Sports, and one of the most important recommendations was to study the proposed strategy and put it into action
