Administrative development courses and their impact on the performance of secondary school principals from the viewpoint of physical education teachers in Diyala Governorate

Abstract
The study aimed to know the effect of administrative development courses on the performance of secondary school principals from the point of view of physical education teachers in Diyala, as well as to study the impact of the variables (sex and years of job experience) on the impact of administrative development courses, and the study population consisted of physical education teachers in the General Directorate of Diyala Education For the academic year (2021-2022), and their number is (707) male and female teachers, as the sample of the survey study consisted of (19) male and female teachers, and the main sample consisted (82) of both sexes who were chosen randomly, i.e. (11.60%) of the total population. For the study, the researchers used the descriptive survey method, and to achieve the objectives of the study, the researchers prepared a questionnaire based on previous studies and the theoretical framework related to the subject of the study. Using the statistical program (SPSS), the researchers reached a set of results, most notably: the degree of impact of administrative development courses on the performance of secondary school principals was high from the point of view of physical education teachers, in addition to the presence of statistically significant differences between the average sample responses in the impact of Administrative development courses in the performance of secondary school principals are attributed to the variable (gender), and there are no statistically significant differences between the average sample responses due to the variable (years of job experience). The two researchers recommended: the need to hold administrative development courses for secondary school principals in the educational institution, for the purpose of developing their administrative skills, training them, and educating them about the extent of their position in developing school administrative work, and conducting administrative development courses according to scientific and professional bases, based on an analysis of the teaching needs of school principals, to achieve The best results from it.
