Abstract

The research aimed to prepare ballistic exercises to overcome the decrease in speed when performing volleyball performance. Knowing the effect of ballistic exercises on developing strengths and some physiological variables in the research sample. Knowing the effect of ballistic exercises in developing some basic skills of volleyball in the research sample. The researcher used the experimental method. The sample population is the youth Peshmerga Sports Club players. They were divided into two experimental groups, one (6) and the other (6), and that homogeneity and parity were calculated for the sample used in the research. He also used tests of some basic volleyball strengths and physiological and skill indicators. The researcher prepared ballistic exercises according to the repetitive training method strongly (30 - 50%) and the training units were applied for a period of (6) weeks at the rate of (3) training units per week and by (18) training units and days (Sunday, Tuesday, Thursday), and used it Statistical bag in extracting statistical parameters. The researcher concluded that the results showed that there is a variable rate of development in tests of some aspects of strength, functionality and basic skills of volleyball for the control group according to the training method used. The ballistic exercises applied by the experimental group have positively affected the development of some strengths, functionalities and basic skills of volleyball. There is a preference in the results of the two groups' dimensional tests and in favor of the experimental group in some aspects of strength, functionality and basic plane skills.
