Abstract

The research aimed to identify the level of mental health, psychological adjustment, and cognitive achievement for second-stage female students. As well as to identify the relationship of mental health with psychological adjustment and cognitive achievement in rhythmic gymnastics for second-stage female students in the College of Physical Education and Sports Sciences. The research sample consisted of (20) female students from the second stage. The study relied on a measure of mental health and psychological adjustment, as well as cognitive achievement. The data was processed statistically using th arithmetic mean and the Pearson correlation coefficient .the results showed that there is a significant correlation to mental health and psychological adjustment among the study sample. There is significant correlation in mental health and the level of cognitive achievement for female students in the second stage in rhythmic gymnastics
