Abstract
Cognitive training is a unique interactive strategy that aims to mediate non-evaluative thinking in the learner. It also aims to help the learner to release internal resources that help deepen learning and self-directed teaching. Therefore, the ultimate goal of cognitive training is to achieve self-directed and organized learning, which means self-management, self-inspection, and modification. It is considered a unique and distinct approach to acquiring and maintaining skills through continuous experimentation and monitoring of performance in order to make the teaching unit more interesting and exciting. There is also the use of many educational aids and educational aids in the field of teaching sports movements and skills, some of which are used as purely educational means, aiming to acquire and teach various skills in sports, and some of which are used as safety devices that help learners perform difficult and dangerous movements.
