Abstract

Special exercises are considered one of the methods for the coach to learn any skill with its required paths and physical, motor, and compatibility needs for learning it, as well as performance similar to its three stages (the initial, main, and final part). The aim of the research is to know the effect. of special exercises using training tools in learning the skill Healy to upper arm hang on the parallel apparatus for men As for the research assumption that special exercises using training tools have an effect on learning the skill Healy to upper arm hang on the parallel apparatus for men, the researchers used the experimental method with a single group design with a pre- and post-test to suit the research procedures and to suit the research problem, as The research population was limited to (7) players who train at the Baghdad Sports Club and the Army Sports Club for the youth group (14-17), and the research sample constituted (100%). As for the research sample, they included (5) players from the Baghdad Sports Club, and the researchers used (2) players from the same category from the Army Sports Club for the exploratory experiment. The researchers concluded that the design of the special exercises had a clear impact on learning the skill (Healy) and that the tools used in teaching the skill and its stages The three parts, the primary, the main and the final, were good and the players benefited from them in learning the skill
