The reality of the strategic thinking of the administrative bodies in the Department of Sports Activity of the Directorates of Education in Baghdad Governorate

Abstract

The importance of the research is evident in identifying the reality of strategic thinking among the Technical supervisors in the Department of Sports Activity, because the absence of this type of thinking and the lack of programs associated with its activation and revitalization is an important matter that must be studied, in order to identify the most important obstacles, problems and difficulties that cause this, as it represents an aspect It is vital for members of the administrative bodies as it enables them to reach their level towards achieving the required goals. The research problem lies in the role of the reality of strategic thinking and the possibility of adopting it as a concept in employing the administrative capabilities of human resources through some auxiliary personal and organizational factors, and for the purpose of standing on the reality of strategic thinking or not. Sports activity in the province of Baghdad. As for the research method, the researchers used the descriptive approach in my survey style. The researcher identified the research community by the intentional method. The researcher as a whole, so that the most important conclusions were that the members of the Technical supervisors surveyed have a good level of strategic thinking, but they need to develop and develop it in order to be consistent with the nature of the administrative tasks assigned to them, but the most important recommendations were that sports institutions should form guidance systems that improve the level of thinking strategic thinking and its development, and the nature of strategic thinking and its use as a basic principle in building creative capabilities.
