Abstract

Wrestling practice is considered a practice in colleges and departments of education and sports sciences. The fact that wrestling is an international sport that is included in the Olympic competition; Because of its excitement and suspense for its followers, it also has a great impact on preparing the student mentally, physically, and kinetically, due to the variety of grips and skills it contains in the game of wrestling, which move defensively and offensively; Therefore, attention must be directed to the stages of learning from a theoretical and theoretical standpoint, but the research, through recent reading and follow-up of researchers, found that often professors do not use educational methods and apply them in the field of education and sports sciences, as you need a scientific method to conduct an analysis problem between what loses and what is lost, and it can also be used for trial. Experimental study for the group, due to its suitability and the nature of the problem to be solved.
