Abstract

It is known that human performance is not a single pace during 24 hours, as performance is characterized by change between highs and lows, as we notice that performance is better in specific hours while we did not find it so in other hours, meaning that a person cannot be prepared to perform well at all times. Moment of the day, and from this standpoint, we infer that activity enters into a cycle in which performance increases at times and decreases at other times. This in turn applies to the athlete in particular, and the physical cycle of biorhythm is one of the most prominent and easiest cycles that can be observed through physical preparation for performance. The research aims to identify the patterns of biorhythm that the sample members enjoy and according to the nature of attendance in college. The researchers used the descriptive approach in both survey methods. The case study, based on the suitability and nature of the problem, identifies the research community with students from the Faculty of Physical Education and Sports Sciences - University of Babylon. For the academic year 2022-2023, the number of which is (185) students, a sample was chosen from that community, with (50) students (25) students from each type of study (morning or evening), and the research came out with a set of conclusions, including that the sample achieved varying percentages according to the rhythm patterns. The bio-rhythm pattern enjoyed by the sample members, and the irregular pattern had the largest percentage for both studies (morning and evening). The researchers recommend a set of recommendations, including the necessity of relying on the results of the current study because of the great importance of the biorhythm pattern in the lives and production of students in the Faculty of Physical Education and Sports Sciences. .
