Administrative behavior of school principals and its relationship to the quality of teachers’ performance

Abstract

This study aimed to identify the role of school administration in developing the quality of performance in schools in Diyala Governorate, Baqubah, the center. It also sought to know the role of school administration in developing creativity from the point of view of principals. The study sample consisted of (108) male and female principals, and the researcher used the descriptive approach based on correlation. To collect data from the study population, the researcher prepared a questionnaire for the quality of performance consisting of (32) items.


The study found that the areas in developing the quality of performance were very large. The results of the study indicated that there is a correlation between the administrative behaviors practiced by school principals and the quality of performance of school employees, with the exception of the authoritarian authoritarian style, which was to a very low degree. The researcher recommended studying other variables in the field of administration Sports.
