Abstract
The research problem is determined by the researcher’s presence in local championships, meaning that achievement in the 100-meter running competition does not rise to acceptable levels as a result of a weakness in physical abilities. Therefore, attention and emphasis became on abilities and the level of achievement in the 100-meter running competition except through organized learning. The researcher used the experimental approach for its consistence with the nature of the research. The research population was identified as 100-meter athletes at the Specialized School for Talent Care for the 2023 sports season. The athletes were 12 players. The research sample was selected using a comprehensive enumeration method and the sample was divided into two groups, the experimental group and the control group, with 6 players for each. The educational program using assistive tools was applied for a period of eight weeks, at the rate of three educational units per week. The results showed a noticeable superiority between the pre- and post-measurement using the educational program with the assistive tools in developing some physical abilities and completing a 100-meter run for the experimental group, in favor of the post-measurement.
