Abstract
The research aims to identify the reality of change management and its relationship to decision-making for workers in the directorates of the Iraqi Ministry of Youth and Sports. The research community was identified by all workers in the directorates of the Iraqi Ministry of Youth and Sports, which numbered (500) of the workers and by 50% and distributed over (10) directorates, where (250) of the workers were selected, and the researcher excluded the exploratory sample of (30) and the stability sample of (20), thus the research sample becomes (200) of the workers continuing to work The researcher concluded that change management and its relationship to decision-making An important and effective role for workers in the directorates of the Iraqi Ministry of Youth and Sports. Some statements received high responses, especially in the field of instructions that come from the source and the objectivity of work in the directorate. The workers in the directorate felt bored due to the monotony of useless daily work. It recommended: training workers in the directorate of the Iraqi Ministry of Youth and Sports outside and inside Iraq in order to get rid of boredom and monotony. Investing in the latent energies of employees by properly identifying their requirements and achieving what they aspire to. Providing financial incentives and prizes for creative workers through continuous encouragement. Adopting objectivity in evaluating employees in a scientifically correct manner
