Abstract

 


The great achievements made in various events did not come by chance, but through sound scientific planning and the employment of specialists in the sports field of all sciences to serve the achievement in sports events and games. In recent years, the game of football has witnessed a great development on a wide international scale in the physical, skills, planning, psychological and functional aspects. These aspects are interconnected in intertwined relationships, one with the other, so that they play a fundamental role in the development of the sports level and the achievement of high sports achievements. This progress is not a coincidence, but rather the result of great scientific and technical efforts. As for the research problem, it was in football, especially in the skill of scoring. There are two important elements that control this skill, which are: Speed ​​and accuracy. It is the real judge of whether a player is a good scorer or not. Considering the importance of scoring skill for football players and through personal interviews with coaches, the researcher found a lack of use of devices that develop this skill in terms of speed and accuracy together. Therefore, the researcher decided to manufacture a system to measure and develop the speed of motor response and scoring accuracy to bring this skill to the best possible level. The research community and its sample were in the original community that was chosen from the clubs participating in the youth league for the excellent teams in Baghdad Governorate for the 2018/2019 sports season, which numbered (eight clubs), where the number of the original community reached 200 players distributed over eight clubs, and the most important conclusions were that the system designed and manufactured by the researcher helped in developing the player’s motor response and scoring accuracy for youth football players.


 The most important recommendations were that using the designed and manufactured system in education as well as training to develop the player’s motor response speed and scoring accuracy for football players, which makes the exercise somewhat similar to playing conditions and thus leads to developing the player in matches.
