Abstract

Research objective: designing a sports health program accompanied by some thermal means to improve the health condition of rheumatoid patients in or-der to identify the level of health condition represented in the variables (body weight, body mass index, body temperature) between pre and post measure-ment; Research methodology: The researchers used the experimental ap-proach to design the measurement (pre-post) for one experimental group, due to its suitability for this study; Research sample: The research sample was chosen by the deliberate method of women patients with rheumatoid arthritis of the first degree. (35 - 45) years, and the research was applied to the exper-imental group as follows: Experimental group: (8) cases, and a health pro-gram accompanied by some thermal methods (paraffin wax - ultrasound - low-energy laser beams - infrared rays - dry heat compresses) and therapeutic exercises (range of motion and positive flexibility exercises) are applied to them. - assisted exercises - static and mobile stretching exercises - isometric and mobile isometric strength exercises using kinetic rehabilitation devices); The most important results: The results of the study indicated the effective-ness of the proposed sports health program and the extent of improvement in the level of health status represented in the variables (body weight, body mass index, degree of analogue pain)
