Developing a Scale for Emotional Motivation and its Relationship to Self-Engineering among Advanced Female Volleyball Players in the Northern Region

Abstract

The importance of this research lies in studying the relationship between emotional motivation and self-engineering among advanced female volleyball players, and examining the nature and direction of this relationship. The research problem is defined by attempting to answer the following main question:- Is it possible to develop a scale for emotional motivation among advanced female volleyball players? And what is the nature of the relationship between emotional motivation and self-engineering in these women?The current research aims to:- Develop an emotional motivation scale for advanced female volleyball players in the northern region.- Identify the correlation between emotional motivation and self-engineering among advanced female volleyball players in the northern region.The researcher hypothesizes the following:- There is a statistically significant correlation between emotional motivation and self-engineering among advanced female volleyball players in the northern region.The researcher used a descriptive approach, employing both survey and correlational methods, as these were best suited to the nature of the current research.The researcher concluded: Emotional motivation and self-engineering positively influence each other among advanced female volleyball players in the northern region.Keywords: Emotional motivation, self-engineering, female volleyball players.
