Abstract

The objective of the research is to know the effect of anaerobic effort on some physiological variables of the blood, where the researcher used the experimental method for the nature and suitability of the problem. Where the researcher drew a sample of blood and measured the pulse after conducting their warm-up, which included a time of (15) minutes, and then the test was conducted to run a distance of 800 meters, and after completing the test. The work team measured the pulse of the testers, and then blood was drawn from the sample members, and the pulse was measured at the end of every minute until the tenth minute. Thus, the researcher recommended that taking into account periodic follow-up examinations for the players according to the variables of the study by measuring blood ratios by measuring red and white blood cells and platelets, and the percentage of hemoglobin continuously and for different periods of time and attention to it because it affects the blood chemistry and energy production in the muscles. And thus impede the work of the muscles and the accumulation of waste products in the blood and weaken the work of the nervous muscles. The continuation of the training units that make the continuity of performance and work in the presence of effective physiological variables hinder the process of blood transfer to the muscles and the continuation of effective performance.
