Abstract

This study aimed to identify the behaviors of magnetic leadership and its relationship to organizational attractiveness and organizational creativity among the heads and members of sports federations and clubs in Diyala Governorate, through the measures of (magnetic leadership, organizational attractiveness, organizational creativity), and the researcher used the descriptive approach in relational relationships method, as it is the appropriate approach to the nature of This research, and the research community is represented by the research community of the heads and members of sports federations and clubs in Diyala Al-Din, which number (186) people representing the supreme body of the Olympic Committee’s representatives in addition to the administrative bodies of (16) sports federations and (14) sports clubs. Using the statistical program spss, the researcher concluded that there is a correlation between magnetic leadership behaviors, organizational attractiveness and organizational creativity, and the researcher recommended enhancing magnetic leadership behaviors, organizational attractiveness and organizational creativity among the heads and members of sports federations and clubs in Diyala.
