Abstract

The study aimed to prepare educational units according to the Whitley model to learn the skills of peaceful shooting and jump shooting with basketball and to identify the effect of educational units according to the Whitley model for third-stage students. 2022, numbering (280) male and female students, and the researcher chose the sample deliberately, represented by the students of the third stage, whose number is (51) of the department’s students, and their percentage is (18.21%), so that the number of the sample is (33) students, and the sample is divided into an experimental group and a control group represented by (15) students for each A group and (3) students for the exploratory experiment, and the study concluded that the use of the Wheatley model had a direct and significant impact on students learning the skills of peaceful shooting and shooting by jumping with basketball for students. over the traditional methods.
