Occupational pressures and their relationship to professional performance of physical education teachers in the city of Mosul

Abstract
The study aimed to identify the professional pressures and its relationship to the professional performance of physical education teachers from their point of view and the researcher used the descriptive approach to suit the nature of the research, the research sample included (40) teachers of physical education from the schools of the center in Nineveh Governorate for the academic year 2020-2021 the questionnaire was used as a tool To collect information, two questionnaires were distributed to the research sample, the first questionnaire on professional pressure and the second questionnaire on professional performance were answered, and after collecting questionnaires and emptying them and obtaining the data, the researcher statistically processed them using the following statistical methods: (arithmetic mean, hypothesis average, T-test for a sample Single, Simple Correlation Coefficient, SPSS).The researcher reached the following:There is no significant relationship between the professional pressures and the professional performance of physical education teachers from their point of view.
