The Effect of Educational Units According to the 7ES Strategy on learning the Skill of the Front Hands Jump in the Artistic Gymnastics for Women

Abstract

The importance of the research lies in benefiting from the 7ES strategy (and its effects in improving the performance of the front-handed leap skill. The two studies included the experimental approach to suit the research task and the design of two control and experimental groups. The research procedures included preparing exercises and testing the skill of the front hands jump in gymnastics, and presenting the results, analyzing them and discussing them using statistical tables and conclusions confirming the application of the seven-cycle learning cycle on other skills.
