Abstract


The training process is one of the important elements of the development process for the coach and the player. Sports with achievements and high lev-els are not free of difficulties, obstacles and burdens on all groups working in the sport concerned, including rowing and the effort it entails on the coach, player and administrative body, each according to his specialty. The coach has his own burdens. Because it is the meeting point with his personal self, with the players, and with the Sports Federation, so the researcher decided to delve into this field because of its importance in the training process from the technical and administrative side, from (members of the Federation, coaches, players, referees) in the Iraqi Rowing Federation, by (80) The exploratory experiment included (5) people, the construction sample included (30) peo-ple, while the application sample included (45) people. The researcher reached the most important conclusions, which are the presence of (the tech-nical training burdens for the coach), the presence of (the training burdens be-tween the coach and the player), and the presence of (the burdens Training between the coach and the federation) and the researcher concluded that there are technical burdens specific to the coach through constant thinking towards the higher sports levels and the presence of training burdens between the coach and the player that affect raising the performance level of the players by developing their mental skills by teaching them and their awareness of ex-ercises and duties during training or competition, and the presence of many burdens The administrative responsibility is on the coach and the federation because he is the link between the player and the federation and the extent to which the federation implements the requirements for completing and imple-menting its annual curriculum. The researcher recommends continuous and regular updating of technical, scientific and professional skills in the field of training, and constant communication with rowing experts at home and abroad to track changes in the field of the game to analyze errors, which leads to developing a successful training program.
