Abstract


The importance of research lies in the importance of the topic addressed by the fact that the topic of administrative creativity and psychological stability is one of the important topics that has received and continues to receive great attention from those interested in this field. The progress, development and continuity of schools in the field of sports depends mainly on the leaders who move them and draw their plans and policies and the behaviors of those leaders in developing their efficiency in administrative work.The objective of the research is to identify the relationship between psychological stability and administrative creativity of sports education teachers in the schools of Baghdad governorate. The sample of the research was chosen in a deliberate manner, namely, sports education teachers and the 460 managers of the middle schools in Baghdad, Several results were reached, The study sample has a very distinctive administrative creativity despite the psychological pressures, There is a relationship between psychological stability and administrative creativity in the research sample, Recommendations are Providing supplies for a physical education lesson, Establish more sports tournaments, Doing more training workshops.
