Abstract


The researchers used the descriptive, correlational approach in their research, as descriptive research works to describe phenomena and events, collect the largest number of information about those phenomena, and write down notes about them. The descriptive approach is not limited to giving a picture of the phenomenon that is the subject of the research, but rather it goes beyond that to analyze, evaluate, and interpret those phenomena. Scientifically and deter-mine the degree of correlation between them. The research community also included physical education and sports science teachers, numbering (100) teachers. The sample was chosen randomly by lottery from among the two teachers, and it was distributed among (25) teachers. After obtaining the an-swers, the data was transcribed and the results were extracted The research objectives were to identify the communicative intelligence of the faculty mem-bers of the team sports branch, as well as to identify the leadership behavior of the faculty members in the College of Physical Education and Sports Sci-ences, Al-Mustansiriya University, and the relationship between communica-tive intelligence and their leadership behavior.The research hypothesis is that there are no statistically significant differences between communicative intelligence and leadership behavior among faculty members at the College of Physical Education and Sports Sciences, Al-Mustansiriya University. In light of the experience carried out by the re-searchers, the researchers reached conclusions, the most important of which is that there is a significant correlation between communicative intelligence and leadership behavior among teachers of physical education and sports sci-ence. The researchers also concluded that the higher the level of communica-tive intelligence, the higher the level of leadership behavior. The researchers recommend that studies be conducted. Others deal with the topic of commu-nicative intelligence with other variables in the sports field to know the reper-cussions of its impact on other aspects, as well as conducting studies on lead-ership behavior to know the repercussions of its impact on other variables.
