Abstract


The research dealt with the study of the effect of individual exercise on teaching motor performance on the effectiveness of athletic walking and that the effectiveness of athletic walking is one of the athletics activities through which medals are achieved and that it takes place on solid and tartan ground away from the occurrence of legal errors, so this sport does not cost the practitioner material capabilities in addition to its benefits Mental health in improving physical fitness and reducing psychological stress. The aim of the study is to prepare individual exercises, especially in teaching motor performance, for the effectiveness of athletic walking for young women in the Essaouira Forum. While the hypotheses included that there are statistically significant differences between the results of the pre- and post-tests. The research community was challenged by the cubs of the Essaouira Youth Sports Forum for the year 2019-2020, while the sample included (6) young women who were deliberately chosen from the beginners for teaching motor performance for the effectiveness of athletic walking. The main course of research is five weeks, with three units per week. After the specified period, the movements under study were re-tested and evaluated. Statistical treatments were carried out using the statistical package (spss), with the adoption of one group for statistical data processing. Through it, the research objectives were achieved and imposed. Accordingly, the conclusion is that the individual exercises within the individual method have helped to teach motor performance in the treatment of athletic walking, and the recommendations came to use individual exercises with an effective effect in teaching the effectiveness of athletic walking for young girls.
