To verify the existence of a relationship between the objective selection of middle school principals and organizational failure, the researcher used the descriptive approach using the method of correlational relationships on a sample of (50) teachers of physical education in schools in the center’s punishment, chosen in an intentional manner, and after adapting the two scales and distributing them to the research sample, collecting the data and treating them statistically, and then Presenting, analyzing and discussing the results, the researcher reached the most important conclusions, including: Administrative myopia and bureaucratic dysfunction lead to organizational failure, and as a result affect decision-making and performance control, which causes a state of lack of trust between the school administration and teachers, which affects learning. Trust, organizational experience, and multiple decision options lead to positive results, and losing them leads to failure. The researcher recommends that the responsibility of selecting school leaders is a difficult responsibility that falls on the educational leaders (in the Ministry of Education and the General Directorates of Education), and the necessity of conducting many tests and interviews for applicants for the position of school principal, through which he is appointed as a school leader.
