Abstract

Identifying life satisfaction among bodybuilding players of Al-Amana Club / Baghdad. Identifying the relationship between psychological needs and life satisfaction among bodybuilding players of Al-Amana Club / Baghdad. The researcher used the descriptive approach using the survey method, and the research community was identified with bodybuilding players, which numbered (60) players in several clubs. The experiment was applied to the research sample of (20) players for the Baghdad Municipality Club, and the percentage reached (33.333%) of the percentage of the research community. Players satisfy high psychological needs, which helps them continue playing the game. The conclusions were: Psychological satisfaction was achieved among the players by giving them the opportunity to practice sports comfortably and freely. Psychological satisfaction was characterized by the fact that it represents the sporting aspect, and there may be non-sporting aspects that are not satisfactory. The satisfaction that appeared among the members of the research sample became clear that they were satisfied with Life, and this is what the results of the research showed. Satisfaction with life was clear among the research sample because they lived with this game and it became their practical and professional life. The recommendations were: working to motivate the players and satisfying their psychological needs in order to continue this sport, working to support the sport of bodybuilding for its benefits. It has a great impact on the individuals who practice it because it works to change their internal personality and external appearance.
