The effectiveness of the programmed teaching method in learning the skill of handstand in artistic gymnastics for female students

Abstract

The problem of the research lies in the lack of preparation of exercises in the style of programmed education to learn the skill of handstand on the carpet of the ground movements of the students, and the aim of the research is to prepare skill exercises in the method of programmed education in learning the skill of handstand for students and to identify its impact. The researchers used the experimental method to suit the nature of the problem to be solved The researchers prepared 24 exercises that were applied in the main section of the educational units using the programmed (linear) teaching method, with two skill exercises for each educational unit, Annex (1). Wednesday, 27/1/2021, taking into consideration, as much as possible, the conditions of the pre-test procedures, and the researchers concluded that the skill exercises prepared by the researchers in the method of programmed education had a positive impact on the skill of handstand in the artistic gymnastics for female students.
